Shipping Policy

If the business is closed or not accepting deliveries, delivery will be attempted the next business day. Orders should be placed before 8.45pm Qatar time to ensure same day delivery

DELIVERY DAYS AND TIMES

We will do our best to accommodate all requests for flower delivery on specific days and times. However please be advised that delivery is between 9am and 11pm every day of the week.

As a general rule of thumb, if delivery can not be completed at the time requested, it will be made as soon as possible.

DELIVERY ADDRESSES

Address Changes

Any time an order is rerouted to an address, other than the original provided, an additional delivery fee of 50 Riyals will be incurred. Examples are delivery to a home address when the original address was a business address, or delivery to a home address since the patient has been discharged from the hospital.

Incorrect Addresses

We cannot accept responsibility for incorrect delivery addresses such as wrong street numbers or street names. In cases where we are provided with a delivery address that is incorrect, we must charge an additional delivery fee of 50 Riyals for re-delivery to the correct address.

DELIVERY AREAS

We delivery to any address in Qatar.

Delivery to any address within Doha – 20 Riyals

Delivery outside Doha – 50 Riyals.
